[email protected]Data used in the app
- Identity and account: name, email, avatar, Taskill identifier, organisation membership, roles and preferences.
- Support: startups, groups, objectives, tasks, appointments, reports, event attendance and documents you provide.
- Assessments and personalisation: skills, diagnostic answers, journeys, progress, recommendations and context derived from your activity.
- Service operations: sessions, notifications, communication preferences, registered notification devices and technical connection information.
Purposes and legal grounds
This data is used to manage your account, deliver your support, share authorised information within your organisation, personalise journeys and protect the service. Performance of the service and legitimate interests in operating it may provide grounds for the relevant processing. Your organisation must specify the applicable grounds for each use of your records; signing in does not give general consent to all processing.
Who can access the data?
The publisher indicates OVH hosting in France. Other service regions, backups and support access must be documented. Access depends on your organisation, assigned roles and sharing permissions: authorised managers, mentors and collaborators can access information needed for their duties. Technical services used for Taskill authentication, hosting, emails, notifications and service diagnostics may process data necessary for their operation. Ask the contact below for the contractual list of providers, processing locations and safeguards for any transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Recommendations and assessments
The app uses information about skills, progress and activity to suggest recommendations. You can ask your organisation for explanations, challenge a result and request human review. Recommendations should be assessed by the people responsible for your support.
From your personal data page, you can pause personalization calculations and erase local calculated records. This also pauses new skill publications to Taskill Profile. Shared records, existing journeys and previously transmitted data require separate review.
Retention
Your support records and shared documents are retained according to your organisation’s needs and obligations. The app does not automatically delete these records. An erasure request allows review of data to delete and any data that must be retained with a reason and retention period. The central Taskill account and backups also need review where applicable.
Proposed cleanup settings: read notifications 90 days after they are read; invitations already marked expired 90 days after their expiry date; closed rights requests after 24 months. These periods are configurable and must be validated with organisations before use. Minimal records preventing reactivation of a deactivated account remain while that protection is necessary.
Cookies and technical data
Sessions, form protection and interface preferences use mechanisms needed to operate the service. Diagnostic tools may also be present depending on the service configuration. This page does not collect consent for optional trackers: any use requiring consent must offer a separate prior choice.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability under the conditions set out in the GDPR. A response is due within one month of receiving your request. Any justified extension of up to two further months must be communicated during the first month. You can also give instructions concerning your data after your death.
You can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
